We are looking for a motivated Tactical Buyer (m/f/d) join our team and ensure the timely availability of materials and goods for our projects. In this role, you will manage operational procurement processes for concrete towers and provide tactical support in indirect procurement activities. Your work will help us maintain high standards of quality, sustainability, and innovation across our supply chain.

TASKS

Prepare and oversee supplier negotiations while fostering strong business relationships Coordinate supplier selection in line with established guidelines Set up framework agreements with blade suppliers and monitor their performance to ensure reliable supply Develop and manage requests for quotations and offers Analyze market conditions for purchased products and services to identify opportunities Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier documentation including insurance certificates Source and negotiate with national and international suppliers to secure favorable conditions regarding payment terms, lead times, quality, and delivery Identify alternative suppliers and manage requests for quotations Drive proactive supplier engagement on initiatives related to safety, quality, delivery, cost efficiency, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and innovation Monitor supplier performance and ensure key performance indicators and targets are achieved

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar position Experience in strategic sourcing and category management within the wind sector or a comparable international industry Previous experience in the renewable energy sector Knowledge and experience with SAP systems Background in supply chain management or procurement Strong negotiation skills and ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability to change Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach Fluency in English at C1 level and Spanish proficiency Knowledge of German, Portuguese, or Chinese is considered an advantage Experience in precast concrete or construction projects is highly valued Willingness to travel
