Your Role

Cross-location requirements engineering and management of international development units Professional development and maintenance of application systems, particularly in the area of life insurance Analysis and implementation of business requirements into system requirements, as well as responsibility for system changes Collaboration in defining requirement standards, project management, and coaching of requirement engineers Error management, change management, and agile working in a scalable project environment

Your Profile

University degree or comparable training with professional experience in relevant areas such as insurance, economics, or computer science In-depth knowledge in requirements engineering, preferably with IREB certification, as well as experience in the solution development process Expertise in occupational pension schemes (bAV) and life insurance is desirable. Analytical skills to capture complex issues, combined with solution orientation and knowledge of relevant business processes Very good English language skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, as well as interest in agile working methods
