We are in search of a

Maintenance Technician

to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing smart locker hardware, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service for our clients.

What will be your responsibilities

Perform on-site mechanical repairs and troubleshoot to ensure the proper functioning of smart lockers; Conduct functional tests on units and repair low-voltage components; Verify and control the quality of electrical installations; Handle software fault reports remotely, coordinating with the technical team; Manage replacement and electronic testing using technical documentation; Document interventions, report results, and recommend improvements; Support deployment tasks including loading, installing, testing lockers, and organizing warehouse inventory.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

Good level of English and German; Proficiency in Excel and general data entry tasks; Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills; Excellent customer service skills, patience, and professionalism; Comfort with both hardware and software aspects of technology; Proven ability to multitask and prioritize projects.

Extra valued skills

Technical vocational training or equivalent experience; Electrical certifications; Familiarity with startup culture.
