We are looking for you to join us immediately as a Maintenance Technician – Painter (m/f/d) in full-time at the Munich Marriott Hotel, which features 348 rooms, a wellness area, versatile event spaces, and much more.

Here’s what to expect:

Repairs and maintenance of technical installations and systems Painting work throughout the hotel Supervision of repairs by external companies Management of ventilation, heating, and pumping systems Maintenance of building technology Compliance with and implementation of employee safety and occupational health standards Close, trustful collaboration with all departments in the hotel

Here’s what we expect from you:

Completed training as a technician, preferably as a painter and decorator

Knowledge in plumbing or electrical fields is desirable Independence and structured working style High quality awareness Strong team spirit Guest-oriented approach Good German skills, with English skills being an advantage Good IT skills
