Supply Planner (w/m/d)

Your mission and responsibilities:

As a member of our category management team, you’ll take full ownership of clean ordering processes, accurate data, and clear communication - internally and with suppliers.


Your responsibilities:

Trigger purchase orders, stock transfers, and special buys. Optimize inventory levels and warehouse coverage. Maintain core planning data such as lead times and reorder points. Collaborate closely with Finance, Logistics, and all Purchasing teams to ensure a seamless supply flow.

Your superpowers:

Experience in procurement, supply planning, or a related supply chain function. Confidence working in ERP systems and structured planning environments. A strong sense of ownership combined with a detail-oriented mindset. A proactive attitude: you know when to follow up and when to escalate. Strong communication skills in German and English (level C1). Bonus: Experience in international environments or with licensed products.
