Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our international customer operations team. This position offers hands-on experience in supporting the Key Account and Sales Operations departments on national and international projects.


As part of the team, you will assist in analyzing customer data, preparing strategic and operational materials, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You will gain valuable insight into commercial processes within a dynamic, international environment.

What are we looking for?

An current enrolled student from the 4th semester of a bachelor’s program or in a master’s program, ideally in business administration, economics, international business, or a related field

Strong analytical skills and interest in data analysis and reporting

Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork skills

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Very good English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus

What will be your key responsibilities?

Support in analyzing existing customer data and assisting with the preparation of reports and evaluations for decision-making by the Key Account team

Assist in preparing documents for strategic, operational, and annual customer meetings (national and international)

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Key Account departments to support the customer budget planning process

Help create customer-specific analyses (e.g. sales figures, inquiries) and assist in preparing offers for promotions and product launches

Coordinate and communicate with European Key Account teams and assist in aligning offer data externally

Contribute to organizational and administrative tasks to support smooth internal processes
