Your tasks:


Support of the IZ division in

project controlling and compliance management

(in the Controlling & Compliance team of the International Cooperation Department) Analysis, improvement, and documentation of departmental processes Support in reporting with the help of MS Excel and support in the maintenance of financial and project management systems Assist in auditing receipts, project budgets and financial reports of publicly and privately funded projects Research work and processing of project information in graphs, tables and presentations Collaboration in the establishment and further development of a knowledge management system Flexible tasks according to your needs
Your profile:


Student in the

field of economics/social sciences

with basic knowledge of accounting and controlling Available for at least one year Independent & structured work as well as quick comprehension & good analytical skills Affinity for numbers and systems Good knowledge of the English and French language, both written and spoken Knowledge of German and Spanish language will be an advantage Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
