Student Advisor & Partnership Manager China (m/f/d)

who will focus on both guiding prospective students and managing our agency and partner network in China.

Your Responsibilities

Advise prospective medical students and their families throughout the entire application and admission process (in person, by phone, and online) Conduct individual counseling sessions, information events, and follow-ups with applicants interested in studying Human Medicine at UMCH Manage and expand our network of partner agencies in China Develop new collaborations and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners Work closely with the marketing team and faculty to attract new students and ensure smooth application processes Represent UMCH at education fairs, information sessions, and online events targeted at the Chinese market

Your Profile

Professional experience in student advising, admissions, higher education, or comparable service-oriented roles Ideally, knowledge of the international education sector, especially in the Chinese market Strong interpersonal and communication skills, empathy, and intercultural sensitivity Structured, goal-oriented working style with enthusiasm for student recruitment Excellent command of English or German; Chinese language skills are a strong plus
