The Position

As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will drive key operational processes, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and optimize workflows to support our company missions.

Your Key Responsibilities

:

Drive the growth of the partner portfolio

by aligning strategies with company objectives and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.

Lead and accelerate special projects and market launches

by managing critical tasks, preparing partner insights, and coordinating seamlessly with stakeholders.

Oversee daily operations with delivery, freight, and fulfillment partners

across Germany, Poland, and the UK, ensuring reliable and cost-effective performance.

Track and analyze partner KPIs and cost metrics

, delivering actionable reports, proactively flagging risks, and implementing root-cause solutions.

Facilitate and lead partner operational reviews

, capturing key outcomes and ensuring timely execution of next steps.

Collaborate cross-functionally

with Process Engineering, Customer Support, Operations, Account Management, Business Development, and Tech to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Maintain and evolve process documentation and SOPs

to ensure operational excellence and transparent knowledge-sharing across the organization.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:


Fluent in

German and English

(both written and spoken) 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field (internships also considered)

Strong analytical skills

and ability to work confidently with data Proficiency in Google Sheets for

KPI and cost analysis

(SQL is a plus) Highly organized and detail-oriented with a structured approach to work Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams, markets and seniority levels (internally and externally) Curiosity to learn about fulfilment operations, Carrier Partners, 3PL supplier relations, and cross-team collaboration Hands-on, proactive, and eager to take ownership of assigned tasks while developing your skills
