Your Role

We are looking for a smart, driven, and high-trust

Strategy Manager

(all genders)

to strengthen our leadership team. You will work directly with our CEO and leadership circle to ensure alignment, structure, and momentum on envelio’s most important priorities.



This role is a unique blend of

strategic initiative leadership

and

CEO enablement

— ideal for someone who wants to make a tangible impact while gaining deep insights and hands-on experience into how a high-growth enterprise software company scales internationally.



This position is based in a

hybrid setup

, combining flexibility to work remotely with regular in-person collaboration. To stay connected with colleagues and projects,

short-term travel to our Cologne office (1–3 times per month) is required

.

How You Make an Impact

You drive cross-functional strategic analyses and projects, implementing strategic initiatives from concept to execution in close collaboration with and as direct of our CEO You lead and coordinate one of envelio’s most important strategic efforts: A scalable internationalization approach, including localization playbooks and country setups You take ownership of identifying and assessing M&A opportunities, including market scanning, target scouting, and preparing of strategic recommendations You support our CEO in internal and external communications — from All Hands-Meetings to investor presentations. You prepare, facilitate and follow-up our monthly leadership meetings, bi-annual management offsites, etc. You act as the connective tissue between functions, helping everyone stay aligned on envelio’s priorities

Your Profile

3–6 years experience in top-tier consulting, strategy, BizOps, or a similar role — Ideally with experiences in the Utilities / Distribution System Operator / Grid Operator industry, SaaS or Enterprise software Strong analytical and business problem-solving skills High tech affinity, interest and willingness to understand our complex product Intelligent Grid Platform and the DSO market in detail Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders Able to structure and lead complex projects with many moving parts Trustworthy, discreet, and proactive — you anticipate what’s needed before being asked Fluent in English and German
