You will make an impact in the following way:

Umsetzung der globalen Einkaufsstrategie nach Zielvorgaben Vollumfängliche Verantwortung für Warengruppen wie z.B. Frontplatten, Gehäuse, Kühlkörper sowie weitere Metallteile im strategischen Serien- und Projekteinkauf Durchführung von Wettbewerbsanalysen und Preisverhandlungen Weiterentwicklung der Warengruppen unter Einbeziehung internationaler Belden-Standorte und Divisionen Analyse der globalen Beschaffungsmärkte inkl. der Beobachtung von Veränderungen im Hinblick auf auf Chancen und Risiken Identifizierung und Evaluierung potenzieller Lieferanten sowie Führen von Verhandlungen zur Sicherstellung wettbewerbsfähiger Konditionen Analyse von Liefermengen und Konditionen zur gezielten Nachverhandlung von Verträgen Reporting von KPI's sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der Zielvorgaben Unterstützung der Lieferantenentwicklung bezüglich Qualität und Liefertreue Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Vertragsvereinbarungen (Contract Management) und rechtlichen Anforderungen Vertretung der Einkaufsinteressen in interdisziplinären und globalen Projekten sowie im Produktentstehungsprozess Pflege von einkaufsrelevanten Stammdaten in SAP

What you will bring:

Ausbildung – Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches, technisches oder wirtschaftsingenieurswissenschaftliches Studium/ Ausbildung Berufserfahrung – Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf idealerweise im Bereich mechanische Zeichnungsteile (Bleche, Druckguss) Fachkenntnisse & Fähigkeiten – Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsmanagement und in der Verhandlungsführung, analytische Kompetenz und Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten zu interpretieren und in Entscheidungen umzusetzen Persönlichkeit – Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz Sprachkenntnisse – Fließend Deutsch und Englisch
