Strategischer Einkäufer im Projekteinkauf (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen von der Bedarfsentstehung über die Bedarfsspezifizierung und -formulierung bis hin zum finalen Vertrag unter Beachtung der Prozess-, Compliance- und Legal-Vorgaben Vollumfängliche Durchführung von Ausschreibungen über die im Einkauf eingesetzten Tools sowie nationale und internationale Vertragsverhandlungen für alle Arten von IT-Verträgen Analyse und Bewertung von Angeboten, Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie ganzheitliches Management von Lieferantenbeziehungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse, beispielsweise durch weitere Automatisierungen und den Einsatz künstlicher Intelligenz Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensziele im Hinblick auf nachhaltige Beschaffung und Dekarbonisierung in der Supply Chain

Qualifikation

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf Idealerweise fundierte Erfahrung in der Vertragsgestaltung in den Bereichen IT-Hardware, IT-Software, IT-Services sowie Software-, Platform- und Infrastructure-as-a-Service Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit im konzernweiten Umfeld Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie mit gängigen Einkaufsplattformen
