You translate entrepreneurial ambition into a robust corporate strategy: clearly prioritized, well-structured, with a strong business case and a concrete path to execution. You work closely with the executive team and key departments - bringing focus, steering capability, and decision-readiness to the organization.

Your tasks

Develop an integrated corporate strategy based on market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and economic viability Translate strategy into a structured execution plan - including focus areas, resource requirements, roadmaps, and ownership Assess and enhance product-market fit and derive scalable growth approaches (including portfolio and go-to-market strategies) Collaborate closely with the CEO, Product, Sales, and Finance to establish a shared strategic direction and governance Prepare and communicate the strategy in a way that resonates with executive leadership and investors - with a clear storyline, KPIs, and prioritization logic Identify structural gaps and operational bottlenecks, and lay the groundwork for a Strategy Office or governance setup

Your experiences

You bring solid experience in strategy development and implementation - for example, from working at a top-tier strategy consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or in strategic leadership roles such as Strategy Lead, Chief of Staff, or Operating Partner in a dynamic business environment Typically, you have at least 6-8 years of relevant experience across corporate, PE-backed, or venture/tech settings You have the ability to bring clarity to complexity - translating strategic thinking into tangible, business-relevant decisions You are confident presenting at executive level (in German and English) - both in content and visual storytelling You understand how organizations operate under uncertainty - and can move between analysis, pragmatism, and real-world impact
