Assist the Global Director in developing and managing the global marketing strategy and annual budget planning.
Executive Presentation & Reporting
Prepare strategic presentations, briefings, and dashboards for leadership and board-level meetings.
Project & Program Management
Support and help lead global marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring cross-functional coordination and timely delivery.
Steering Committee Coordination
Organize and manage meetings for the Global Marketing Steering Committee, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-ups.
Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal stakeholders; draft executive communications, business updates, and internal materials.
Market & Performance Insights
Conduct research, benchmark against industry best practices, and collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance and customer insights.
What You Bring:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, strategy, or consulting.
Background in logistics, transportation, or industrial sectors is a strong plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships across regions and functions.
Analytical mindset, comfortable working with KPIs, budgets, and dashboards.
* Fluency in English; additional languages such as German and/or Spanish are a plus.
