\nWHAT YOU\'LL DO

You will be part of our cross-Practice Area (PA) Management team. This team works across our global Industry and Functional Practice Areas to define and oversea cross-PA strategic priorities, initiatives and KPIs. You will work very closely with the Business & Market Intelligence Director \xe2\x80\x93 Global Practice Areas and Global PA leadership to develop, execute and deliver short and long-term analyses that drive to meaningful insights and actions. Your analyses will help measure PA performance across a number of KPIs as well as influence investment strategies, business growth opportunities and strategic projects. You will have end-to-end ownership of the analyses and the responsibility to ensure communications across various stakeholders are timely, clear and align to project plans.

You will be expected to identify issues, create hypotheses, execute the analysis and create executive level presentations that clearly answer the so-what for BCG leadership. You will be responsible for working across various BCG teams and functions to gather internal and external data. We will also need you to identify gaps and opportunities to improve existing data sources.

YOU\'RE GOOD AT

Developing, enhancing and executing various predictive and Machine Learning driven models to generate business and PA performance KPIs, insights and market trends

Being a self-starter who can develop and apply analytical frameworks to help solve complex open-ended business questions with relevant data

Dealing with complexity and/or ambiguity that routinely require independent judgment, trade-offs or prioritization

Working in a highly matrixed environment that requires a lot of cross-teaming and collaboration to gather relevant internal and external data and competitive intelligence to structure your analyses

Developing and presenting strategic, action-oriented communication (both verbal and written) e.g. providing recommendations from complex analytics efficiently and engagingly various audience levels

Working under tight timelines and balancing multiple workstreams and priorities.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

6-8 years of relevant experience

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics or related technical field required. Master\'s degree preferred in statistics, mathematics, computer science or any related quantitative field.

Proficiency in BI Tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).

Data analytics experience in mining, analyzing and interpreting data through various statistical techniques.

Experience building machine-learning based predictive models (e.g. Classification, Segmentation, Regression, Time Series, Pattern Recognition, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing).

Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. SharePoint online, PowerPoint).

YOU\'LL WORK WITH

You will report to the Business & Market Intelligence Director \xe2\x80\x93 Global Practice Areas and work closely with Global PA Executive Leader and BCG leadership to bring quantitative insights to light. You will also work closely with our Functional and Industry leadership teams, Finance and regional teams.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
