Your Role

Perform regular stock counts

for bar, kitchen, and consumables.

Record and update stock levels

in inventory sheets or systems. Check and verify all deliveries for accuracy and quality. Organize and maintain storerooms, fridges, freezers, and cellar areas. Ensure

proper stock rotation (FIFO)

and monitor expiry dates.

Report stock shortages, discrepancies

, and wastage to management. Support ordering by providing accurate stock information. The role includes responsibility for

ordering drinks and managing purchasing

as needed.

Required Skills

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in counting and recording stock. Good numeracy skills and basic

computer/system knowledge

. Ability to communicate clearly in

English

and

German languages.

Minimum

1.5 years of experience

in a similar stock control or hospitality inventory role.

Physically able to lift and move stock items

when required. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with limited supervision. Experience working in a pub, bar, or restaurant environment (preferred).
