Job Description

We're seeking a Staff Specialist Global Online Sample to oversee sample management processes. As a Global Online Sample, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Online Sample Program in partnership with Partner Service Provider (eCommerce partner). This role ensures seamless management of free sample distribution, inventory levels, customer satisfaction, and internal coordination with various stakeholders. Job Description

In your new role you will:

Sample Limit Administration:

Propose and manage sample limits, collaborate with divisions and marketing teams, and update the Sample Portal to reflect agreed-upon policies

Inventory Management

: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with eCommerce partner, and support replenishment processes to ensure smooth inventory management

Order Approval Management:

Manage exception orders, oversee orders that exceed standard free sample limits, and ensure timely review and processing of these orders

Website Administration and Maintenance

: Handle website maintenance tasks, ensure site configuration aligns with business strategies, and work with IT and web development teams to implement changes

Reporting and Data Analysis:

Collect and organize reports, analyze data to extract insights, and share relevant reports with stakeholders

Support and Communication:

Address customer inquiries, serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, and collaborate with eCommerce partner to resolve issues and improve joint processes

Process Improvement

: Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, continuously assess and improve online sample processes, and implement best practices and innovative solutions

Customer Experience Enhancement

: Monitor customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and work with UX/UI teams to improve the online interface for sample requests

Your Profile

As a Staff Specialist Global Online Sample, you have a clear notion of how innovation contributes to the commercial success of the company. You are best equipped for this task if you have:


A

degree in electronics, business engineering

or similar At least

3 years of professional experience

in sales and management

Data analytics and interpretation skills
