Job Description

In your new role you will:

Manage and administrate the Infineon GitHub organization

Collaborate with

teams in cross-functional initiatives

to drive

Infineon GitHub

as the

organization's primary customer-facing software distribution channel

Actively drive customer engagement

via

Infineon GitHub

by

distributing and promoting Infineon assets

I

ncrease both internal and external Infineon GitHub

usage by

enabling developers and customers

through GitHub features such as G

itHub Actions and GitHub Codespaces

Collaborate with teams and vendors

in

evaluation and introduction of new or existing features

Ensure the security, compliance and code quality

of Infineon GitHub repositories

Work and coordinate major incident response efforts

Ensure the integration of the Infineon GitHub platform

with other Infineon

owned tools and platforms and existing development workflows

Your Profile

As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and driving strategic initiatives for the Infineon GitHub platform. This role requires a strong understanding of platform management and customer engagement, as well as DevOps workflows and tool integration.




You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A Bachelor or Master's degree

in

Computer Science or a related field

3 years of experience in DevOps, Cyber Security, Platform Management

, or related roles

Proficiency in a scripting language

such as

Python

Experience in security and compliance topics

(eg. FOSS scanning, vulnerability detection, secret detection)

Experience in CI/CD technologies

(eg. GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions)

Experience in platform/application management

and related technologies (eg. Active Directory, general - Identity and Access Management)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
