Your Responsibilities
Support the OHS department in maintaing Company systems such as the Company Chemical database and the OHS Power BI dashboard. Moreover, support with the management of fit for duty certificates settings within the Company HR system (MISTRAL)
Execute injury data analysis and statistics to identify mitigation plans for injury reduction Communication with the Company HR system (MISTRAL)
Execute periodical injury reporting to Corporation and Company management. Review Major injury medical reports to ensure reliable KPIs and injury reporting
Support the OHS department in maintaining the Company injury reporting system (SeaEvent)
Support the OHS department with administrative tasks (e.g. department PPTs, external vendor travel arrangements, files back-up, etc.)
Your Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health or a closely related discipline, Masters Degree preferred
Initial professional experience in workplace, safety principles, injury data analysis and reporting procedures
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in data management tools e.g. Excel, Power BI, Sea Event
Self-driven and autonomous way of working
Experience in administrative coordination and reporting
Business fluent English skills (English is our company’s official language)
