Your responsibilities





What if you could be the driving force behind transparency, structure, and business impact across EMEA Sales? As a Distributor Audit Coordinator (f/m/x) you play a key role in ensuring distributor compliance, enabling effective collaboration, and fostering process excellence across the region. Your key responsibilities include:



Successfully leading or co-leading extended distributor audits across EMEA
+ Conducting organizational check-ups, either on-site or online, together with the Area Manager to assess distributor readiness and maturity
+ Managing internal and external official communication independently
+ Aligning with the Area Manager on action points and ensuring proper follow-up
+ Providing transparency on audit status through dashboards and regular reporting
Preparing and coordinating the annual audit plan for both on-site and online audits Reviewing business processes together with EMEA Sales and Business Management (ESBM) members and driving ideal solutions to ensure transparency of audit data (e.g., market data collection) for all stakeholders Creating and rolling out a platform to ensure data transparency and accessibility Leading ad hoc projects and tasks related to ESBM and/or Area Management in close alignment with the Head of ESBM

Your profile





You are a great match for this role if you bring strong analytical and organizational skills together with a results-driven mindset. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:



A degree in Business Administration or a related field Several years of experience in an international environment, collaborating effectively with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds and preferrable with distributors A results-oriented mindset combined with high motivation and personal drive Strong agility and adaptability in dynamic and fast-changing contexts The ability to think beyond the obvious and keep a clear strategic, big-picture perspective Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational abilities as a key success factor in this role Power BI knowledge is a plus, but can also be acquired on the job Excellent command of written and spoken English

Please note: This position is initially limited to one year and will be filled on a part-time basis.
