We are looking for a curious and innovative

Specialist, Laboratory

to join our

Personal Care Industry

team. Pioneering our Personal Care innovation lab in

Hamburg

, you will support product development through hands-on formulations, raw material selection, quality control and techniques. You will contribute to innovative solutions, working closely with technical and commercial teams to support business projects and application development.

General Responsibilities

----------------------------


Develop innovative formulations by selecting the right raw materials and conducting performance and stability tests Ensure products consistently meet international quality standards Support smooth daily lab operations through inventory management, organized documentation, and equipment calibration Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams by contributing your expertise to product trials and creating technical materials Prepare engaging presentations for customers to showcase product benefits Share insights and progress across business teams to strengthen product knowledge through technical input and internal training

Functional Skills and Knowledge

Master’s Degree/ Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science or a similar related discipline Strong understanding of the Personal Care industry and proven experience in laboratory processes 2 years of work experience in a Personal Care lab preferred Fluent in German and English; any other language is a plus Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and autonomously in a multicultural environment Strong organizational skills, collaborative, and communicative personality
