Join our Global Learning Team. As part of the Talent & Leadership Development unit we are paving the way for BioNTech to achieve its learning and development goals by creating a digital learning infrastructure that makes learning accessible, scalable, and personalized. In this role you will be responsible for the operational support of the global learning technology ecosystem, with focus on SuccessFactors as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Degreed as Learning Experience Platform (LXP).

Your main responsibilities are:

As the global LMS key user, you manage and support our Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors) and Learning Experience Platform (Degreed): you configure user roles, manage permissions, course structrures and integrate new training offerings Organize and execute LMS admin trainings and maintain administration standards Support online and onsite learning offerings from internal and external providers (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Go Fluent) Manage user support requests and ensure smooth learner and facilitator experiences for trainings and workshops Develop and report global learning KPIs with the support of our HR Analytics team Collaborate on digitalization projects and marketing of our internal Learning & Development portfolio Support our team in various tasks, e.g. support in audit preparation, and overall in planning and shaping our learning landscape as well as (digital) training needs

What you have to offer:

Experience with administration and coordination of LMS administration (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) and learning experience platforms (LXP) End to end understanding of linkage between LMS, LXP, learning content provider and learning content tools Experience with learning content creation tools/software (e.g. Articulate 360) is a plus Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset Excellent communication in German and English with various stakeholders, across different teams, and with external partners Proactive, service-oriented, and a team player who can work independently Familiarity with MS Office
