We are hiring for a Special Project Manager (f/m/d) Corporate Development & Partnerhips.

Tasks

• Assist the VP in executing inorganic growth strategies and tactics
• Secure access to key proven technologies for achieving E.ON One objectives in energy transition
• Manage dynamic projects to support deal execution, including maintain schedules as well as coordinate and schedule of meetings with other stakeholders
• Document projects and maintain document storage
• Effective internal stakeholder management is crucial for success
• Collaborate closely with the M&A team for transaction execution as well as from various departments to scout and evaluate opportunities
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify and pursue strategic partnerships and M&A transactions

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, economics, Business management or alternatively a commercial apprenticeship
• At least 3 years relevant professional experience, experience in M&A is a big plus
• Flexible mindset and able to integrate new information to form new tactic
• Effective communication skills and experienced in stakeholder management
• Enjoy estimating risks & probabilities and very process- & goal-oriented approach to work
• Willingness to travel (

10%) * Fluent skills in Englisch as well as in German
