  • Manage, steer, and supervise all client photovoltaic projects in Germany, including accounting, invoicing, and controlling.
  • Lead and coordinate the project team, fostering team member development.
  • Plan and define project specifications, work processes, personnel scheduling, deadlines, cost targets, and productivity goals.
  • Execute project operations, monitor project results, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Review contract terms, ensure compliance with obligations, performance standards, and cost specifications, and ensure timely, professional execution.
  • Negotiate, prepare, and award commissions to subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Implement effective risk management by assessing risks and establishing mitigation measures.
  • Provide regular management reporting, particularly on cost calculations.
  • Manage project-related documentation, including delays and change orders.
  • Implement quality control for completed project components and develop a project-specific quality management system.
  • Collaborate on the creation and implementation of work safety plans and processes.
Degree in engineering, particularly in the fields of energy or electrical engineering.
Substantial experience in construction management, specifically in solar activities.
Leadership abilities to organize a high-performance project team in an international setting.
Strong project management skills, particularly in scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimation.
Proficiency in contract management and commercial project management.
Excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills, with confident and competent interactions with all project members.
Professional proficiency in common MS Office applications.
Excellent proficiency in German and English, with ideally some knowledge of French.
