Your mission

Track, record, and follow up on after-sales spare parts and warranty cases Coordinate with customers, factory teams, technical staff, and HQ in China for parts delivery Build and maintain a tracking dashboard using Excel or ERP/ CRM for cases Provide regular updates and reports to the After-sales Manager/ Technical Manager on case progress Ensure timely supply and delivery of spare parts to meet customer needs Support establishment of a structured after-sales service cycle

Your profile

College degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with 2+ years after-sales or spare parts experience Proficient in Excel and data management/reporting tools; ERP/ CRM experience is a plus Strong customer communication, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure Self-driven, proactive team player, capable of working independently Fluent French, good written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a bonus Knowledge of construction machinery/ heavy equipment and experience handling warranty cases appreciated
