This is what you can do

Responsibility for spare parts supply for the Dornier 328 customers worldwide; End-to-end management in coordination with the logistics support team regarding spare parts and services; Order monitoring from goods issue to goods receipt (delivery time monitoring etc.); Regular contact with customers through conference calls; Handling of order changes and customer complaints; Monitoring of invoicing and contract fulfillment for customer orders; Responsible for the sale of new products and aircraft upgrades.

You’ll bring this with you

Completed training as a graduated engineer or as a technician (aviation) or comparable training; Good commercial knowledge; At least 5 years of professional experience in aviation; Detailed knowledge of aircraft-specific equipment and systems; Knowledge of processes and requirements in an aviation maintenance organization and related rules and regulations; Very good knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and MS Office; Willingness to travel and work on-call/shift work; A valid reliability check in accordance with LuftSiG §7 (ZÜP) is required for this position; Enjoy working in an international, fast-growing environment with short decision-making processes; Team-oriented mindset and a positive, hands-on attitude; Independent working style and willingness to take on responsibility; Fluency in written and spoken English.
