Your area of responsibility:

Responsible for the operational support of the customer Amazon in relevant sales processes like managing vendor central, chargebacks, forecast
Taking care of order verification and processing
Controlling of invoices and customer debits
Checking and processing of returns requests
Handling the complaint management
Maintenance of all relevant sales files for the customer area
Supporting the preparation of sales documents for customer meetings
Regular controlling of relevant KPIs and derivation of measures
Monitoring the sales price with the help of tools and making strategic derivations
Coordinating and ensuring the availability of goods for our e-commerce customers, especially Amazon (demand forecast analysis)
Regular creation of sales relevant reportings and analyses
What distinguishes you:

Completed commercial education with professional experience or studies with initial practical experience in e-Commerce or related fields is advantageous
E-commerce affinity, familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central is a plus
Good to very good Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and structured while being a team player
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
High level of initiative and motivation
Hands-on mentality
Good command of both written and spoken German and English
