The Role


As

Sourcing Buyer

(m/f/d) you will strategically develop sourcing across diverse categories, driving cost optimization and financial performance. You'll manage supplier relationships, advise stakeholders, ensure compliance, and integrate sustainability. Your purpose is to foster innovation and efficiency, contributing to L'Oréal's future.

Your Tasks:

Sourcing Strategy

: Develop and implement strategic sourcing for key categories.

Supplier Management

: Lead the full lifecycle of supplier relationships.

Cost Optimization

: Identify savings, optimize purchasing budget.

Stakeholder Consulting

: Advise departments, strengthen partnerships.

Compliance & Sustainability

: Ensure risk management and L'Oréal For The Future.

Your Profile:

3-5 years

Purchasing experience

(FMCG), with focus on Indirect. Excellent

Stakeholder Management

& teamwork skills. Strong

Negotiation skills

& contract management. High

Financial Accountability

& analytical thinking.

Sustainability Commitment

, fluent English & German. French is a plus
