To strengthen our global HRIS technology landscape, we are currently looking for a Solution Architect (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and optimizing our Workday platform, ensuring it aligns with Kardex’s strategic goals and support our dynamic, international workforce.

Your tasks



Collaborate and consult the Application Owner to understand needs and align on changes Analyzes, identifizes and tranlates business requirements into technical requirements Recommends solutions in line with IT strategy and standards Derives and specifies necessary system changes and customizations Discusses and agrees on necessary changes with the Application Owner, Enterprise Architect and implementation partner Customizes application Provides 2nd level support and ensures 3rd level support from external partners

Your profile



University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Deep functional and technical knowledge of Workday HCM, including modules such as Core HCM, Absence, Talent & Performance, Recruiting & Reporting Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, ensuring alignment with global P&C processes and compliance requirements Experience in customizing Workday configurations in a complex environment Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with P&C, IT and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions Excellent communication skills in English, communication in German is a plus
