Job Description

As a Project Manager, you’ll serve as the key link between our clients and internal teams, translating customer needs into clear software requirements, ensuring high-quality delivery, and building long-term relationships based on trust. This is an ideal role for someone who’s technically curious, people-savvy, and driven to see great software make a real-world impact.

Within your first 6 months, you’ll assume ownership of multiple customer projects and guide them through the full release cycle - from requirement discovery to deployment and delivery.

What You'll Do:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers Build and maintain trust-based, long-term relationships Translate customer needs into clear, actionable requirements Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other PMs Manage project timelines and internal coordination to ensure smooth delivery Travel to customer sites occasionally (1-2 times per year, if needed)

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build customer trust Solid understanding of software concepts with a quick learning curve Comfortable discussing technical topics without being a developer Self-driven, reliable, and motivated by delivering value to customers Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment Able to work regularly during US East Coast hours (afternoons/evenings in Germany) Willing to be on-site during onboarding and training (initial weeks)

Experience in satellite communications or telecom Prior involvement in customer-facing software delivery projects Background in a technical role in the software world German language skills (spoken and written)
