Completed studies or comparable training with professional experience in insurance, IT, or business Prior knowledge in life insurance is advantageous; further training is possible Knowledge in COBOL, JCL, SQL, and willingness to undergo further education Team spirit and social competence Motivation to quickly familiarize oneself with complex topics
