Technical Site Lead (m/f/d)

Are you ready to lead the facilities management of a significant life science industrial site with technical know-how, fresh ideas, and outstanding leadership skills? We are looking for a dynamic personality who will keep our clients’ building technology on the path to success at the Norderstedt location with expertise and passion!

Your Field of Activity:

Overall responsibility for technical facilities management at the site Management of all building technical systems for optimal operational processes Leadership of a dedicated and growing team (currently around 20 technicians) Continuous optimization of operating costs while ensuring highest equipment availability and compliance with JLL and client-side KPIs and standard Pragmatic planning and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance and modernization measures Maintenance and continuous development of a trusting cooperation with our client Harmonization and development of complex IFM processes and ensuring highest quality standards

Your Profile:

University degree (Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering) or comparable educational background 10+ years of expertise in IFM or PM in the life sciences industry Experience in a regulatory environment, GMP guidelines and master plans an advantage • Solid understanding of industrial processes and their requirements for building technical infrastructure Proficient knowledge in contract, risk and change management Confident sense for the balance between operational excellence and strategic orientation Clear view of optimization potential coupled with implementation strength Solution-oriented thinking and the ability to maintain overview in complex situations and make sound decisions Confident communication skills at different internal and external leadership levels Fluent German and English skills
