Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams an unserem Standort in Jena suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Schichtleiter Produktion / stellvertretenden Produktionsleiter (m/w/d).

What will you be doing?

---------------------------



Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsprozesses Überwachung der laufenden Produktion in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktionsleiter Optimierung von Qualität, Produktivität und Prozesssicherheit Zuweisung von Produktionsaktivitäten Planung der Schichtbesetzung, Urlaubsplanung und Überstundenerfassung entsprechend den betrieblichen Anforderungen Einhaltung aller sicherheitsrelevanten Vorschriften Erfassung und Behebung von Störungen und Mängeln in den Produktionsanlagen und Räumlichkeiten Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung Überwachung des Qualitätsmanagements Einhaltung des auditierbaren Standards gemäß unseren aktuellen ISO-Normen und Kundenspezifikationen Dokumentation aller Abteilungsbeschwerden (extern und intern) Tägliche Bestandsaufnahme von Materialien und Verbrauchsmaterialien

Who are You?

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Mikrotechniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den oben genannten Tätigkeiten in einem Industrieunternehmen

What competencies will you need?

Erfahrung im Umgang mit Chemikalien und den damit verbundenen Arbeitsschutzvorschriften Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Chemie Sehr gutes Verständnis für Prozesse Konfliktlösungsfähigkeiten Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt
