What is it about?


Collaboration: You will work closely with product and business teams to understand their requirements and the needs of users. Cooperation: You cooperate with design, process, product, and technology teams to develop innovative solutions together. Research: You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research and competitive analysis to gain valuable insights. Test planning: You create and manage test plans such as A/B tests, card sorting, or tree tests. Data analysis: You collect and analyze test data and create clear reports to make informed product decisions.

Profile:


Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in UX research and UX design. Empathy: You have a strong sense of empathy and can intuitively respond to user needs. Facilitation: You are experienced in facilitating workshops, design sprints, and qualitative and quantitative research, and you can analyze research data. Communication: You can communicate research findings clearly and comprehensively to cross-functional teams and management. Languages: You are fluent in English and German. * Tools: You are confident in using wireframing tools such as Figma and testing platforms such as UserTesting, Maze, or Hotjar
