Your mission

We are looking for a designer who combines

conceptual thinking, strong UI design skills, and user-centered methods

to bring clarity and structure into complex product environments. You will:

Design and prototype core user journeys

in our cloud and simulation domain, from early concept to high-fidelity solutions

Support PMs, engineers, and project teams

by translating user needs into actionable concepts and visual designs

Evolve and maintain our design system

, ensuring consistency and scalability across products

Validate ideas and designs

through early testing and feedback routines

Mentor other designers

and raise overall design quality through reviews and best practices

Collaborate with stakeholders

to align design outcomes with business and project goals

Your profile

Experience

in digital product environments (B2B, SaaS, or complex systems is a plus) Proven skills in

conceptual UX and UI design

, demonstrated in a strong portfolio Experience with prototyping tools and creating

high-quality user journeys

Solid understanding of

user research methods

and how to integrate insights into design Strong communication and facilitation skills to align with PMs, engineers, and project teams Experience with or ownership of

design systems

Fluent in English (B2–C1); German is a plus Located within a 2-hour radius of Dresden, or willing to relocate
