As Senior Recruiter, you’ll be a
trusted strategic partner
: guiding candidates with empathy, advising our founders and hiring managers with expertise, and helping voize build high-performing, diverse teams. You’ll contribute to shaping how we are perceived in the market - ensuring that even those we don’t hire leave inspired, valued, and cared for.
You’ll join a
growing TA team of 4
, and be based in either
Berlin or Hamburg

Your Daily Business – No two days are alike

You guide both Tech and Commercial talents throughout their journey – from first interview to offer closing
– ensuring a smooth, supportive and outstanding candidate experience
You craft targeted job postings and choose the right recruiting strategies and channels
– with a strong focus on precise active sourcing, diversity and a seamless candidate journey
You build and nurture a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts
– giving voize access to top talent now and in the future
You actively shape our talent attraction and employer branding efforts
– working closely with the marketing team and bringing fresh ideas to boost voize’s visibility and appeal
You set up dashboards and KPIs
– using metrics like time-to-hire and conversion rates to continuously improve the recruitment process
Your Skillset – What you bring to the table

Several years of experience
as an in-house (Senior) Recruiter in fast-scaling SaaS startups and international tech companies, with a strong proven track record in building and improving hiring processes
Skilled in developing and scaling
recruiting and employer branding
strategies for tech and business roles
Confident in
stakeholder management
and negotiations at all levels
Data-informed mindset
, using KPIs to continuously improve performance and processes.
Fluent in English (C1+)
to effectively engage with local and international partners
