What You’ll Be Doing




As a Senior System Administrator at Solveva, you’ll be the backbone of our internal IT operations. You’ll support our international development teams, manage and secure our cloud and network infrastructure, and ensure smooth device provisioning and software deployment. You’ll also play a key role in implementing security best practices, automating processes, and researching new technologies to keep our systems efficient, secure, and scalable.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities



Provide helpdesk support to our distributed software development teams Stage and configure Windows and Mac laptops Administer and secure our Microsoft 365 infrastructure Design, maintain, and monitor our Azure-based internal cloud infrastructure Implement Microsoft security recommendations and threat intelligence Build and manage automated software deployment via Microsoft Intune Administer internal networks, routers, firewalls, and VPNs Research and implement new technologies and architectures Ensure compliance with Solveva’s internal security procedures and patching policies Monitor system performance and logs to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users Conduct internal security audits and maintain audit trails to ensure compliance with ISO27001 and internal policies Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems and applications Ensure backup and disaster recovery systems are functioning and regularly tested Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and oversee equipment lifecycle (enrollment, configuration, deinstallation, secure disposal) Collaborate with HR and project managers to forecast and manage end-user device capacity and availability Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for internal knowledge sharing Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for hardware/software procurement and support Stay current with emerging technologies and security threats and recommend improvements to infrastructure and architecture.

What You Bring




Technical Expertise:

Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu) administration Microsoft Entra ID (AAD) and Office 365 security configuration Azure infrastructure and Docker container management Intune-based device management and software deployment Strong understanding of endpoint, cloud, and O365 security Experience with virtualization, scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and DevOps tools Knowledge of zero-trust architecture and secure system engineering principles Experience with cloud cost management tools and resource monitoring in Azure.
