Active Directory, Group Policies, user & permission management Monitor system performance and uptime Backup, recovery, and disaster planning Network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls) Security updates, patching, and compliance Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and sometimes cloud (AWS/Azure)
