We are looking for the next possible date for a

(Senior) Strategy Manager (w/m/d) - 23075

The position will be filled at Apleona GmbH in Neu-Isenburg.

What your responsibilities will be:

Implementation of most visible projects of Apleona’s strategic agenda Definition of strategic initiatives with special focus on Apleona’s business in a German region Facilitating high organic growth, e.g. shaping sales and mobilization strategy M&A and Post-Merger-Implementation lead Sparrings partner for the CEO of a regional company (~€ 500m revenue) Close interaction with Apleona’s top management (Head of Business Unit, Chief Transformation Officer (consulting alumnus), Head of Corporate Development (consulting alumnus)

What you bring to the table:

Approx. 5 years of professional experience in Strategy Consulting or related industries with broad industrial exposure Experience as (functional) team lead, perceived role as change agent and strategic driver of growth Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, proactive strategic and “out-of-the-box” thinking Experience in implementing large (strategical) programs, involving a variety of employees Senior stakeholder management and communication skills Expert proficiency in MS Office; proficiency in PowerBI and other tools beneficial High proficiency in English Last but not least: Enjoy tackling matters head on and making change happen
