Your tasks

Develop and steer ENERCON’s strategic initiatives across functions and regions Lead analytical workstreams and structure complex problem-solving approaches Support the Executive Board in defining corporate priorities, KPIs, and governance mechanisms Drive performance improvement and transformation programs in collaboration with functions and business units Prepare management presentations and decision papers for the CEO and Supervisory Board Support project teams and foster a results-oriented, analytical culture within the organization

Your qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or similar preferred) 2–6+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB/T2) or in corporate strategy / transformation role Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is an advantage Fluent in English; German proficiency (B2+) preferred
