We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced strategy professional to take on the role of Senior Manager Strategy and help us shape the organization of the future together with the business owners. In this role you will…

Work closely with our CEO, CFO and Business Unit leadership in defining the strategy for Bosch Building Technologies Will lead strategy projects for our Building Solutions (Building Automation, Security, Energy Services Integrator businesses), Life Safety (Fire Product and Integrator business), and Services and Digitalization Business Units Lead project teams that consistent out of internal Bosch interdisciplinary teams and external consulting firms Present project results to our CEO, CFO and Business Unit leadership Own modules of the annual Bosch Building Technologies Division Strategy Meeting document to the Board of Robert Bosch

Qualifications

Education

: Degree in economics or natural sciences or equivalent

Experience and knowledge

: 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar position in an international industrial group. Previous experience in the areas of strategy and/or project management preferred

Personality and working practice

: “Can-do” mentality with a structured, analytical and results-oriented working style. Strong teamwork skills and constructive collaboration across all hierarchy levels

Languages

: Very good German and English language skills as well as excellent presentation and moderation skills in both languages
