Your tasks

Development and implementation of marketing strategies for the optimal utilization of cooperative advertising funds and direct supplier budgets Negotiation with key suppliers and manufacturers for the acquisition of additional marketing and advertising budgets beyond existing cooperative advertising agreements Analysis of market potential and identification of new revenue opportunities through enhanced budget structures and cooperation models Translation of supplier requirements into suitable MediaMarktSaturn advertising and retail media solutions Budget maximization through the use of various digital marketing channels with strong focus on data-driven retail media products (Sponsored Products/Brand Ads, Reporting, Display etc.) as well as complementary trade marketing instruments (Banner, Newsletter, Social Media etc.) Function as an interface between Category Management, Procurement, international colleagues and direct supplier partners Support of junior colleagues through professional guidance as Senior Specialist and contribution of expertise to the development of new advertising products Active contribution to the achievement of assigned product category goals, monitoring of milestones and management of corresponding measures within the area of responsibility

Your profile

Completed degree in business administration with focus on marketing or comparable commercial qualification with relevant continuing education Several years of experience in digital marketing or trade marketing, ideally with reference to supplier and manufacturer cooperations Familiarity with cooperative advertising structures, supplier budgets and retail media products as well as ability to establish contacts with relevant decision-makers quickly Goal-oriented and independent collaboration with marketing experts from partners and international colleagues Strong ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and confident navigation through complex structures Communication strength at eye level with marketing decision-makers and internal colleagues across various hierarchical levels Team orientation, hands-on mentality and high degree of initiative Fluency in German and English as well as confident use of the MS Office package
