Your impact:

As a Senior Consultant, you are driving successful customer projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Driving

business process consulting

and translating client needs into system requirements Leading

requirements engineering

and formulating technical and functional specifications Designing

technical solutions

, including complex product configurations and data migration Managing

customer relationships

, including contract renewals and identifying upselling opportunities Coordinating

technical setup

and supporting the transition from delivery to support Conducting

user training

and ensuring alignment with customer expectations

Your Profile:

Experience in software/application consulting > 5 years of work experience in tech, finance, audit, or tax Relevant degree or equivalent experience (e.g. Business, IT/Data Science, Finance) Technical aptitude and the ability to make abstract workflows understandable Basic knowledge of a programming language or SQL is a plus A fast learner with a structured and independent working style Familiarity with systems like ERP, CRM, Office 365, Jira, or similar Strong communication skills in English and German, with experience working in remote cross-functional teams
