At G+D Currency Technology, Division Currency Management Solutions, Strategic Business Segment Service, in our department Sales Support and Spare Part Management, we are looking for a Service Solution Architect to shape and define service solution designs for complex, non-standard projects for cash Centers and paper & printworks. In this role, you will be responsible for managing costs, risks, pricing and delivery setup from a commercial perspective, in close coordination with key stakeholders such as Service Sales. All activities are aligned with our standard NPI processes and established service concepts.

Your Responsibilities:

Design tailored service solutions for large, non-standard customer projects during the tender phase in cooperation with 3rd suppliers where needed Develop customer-specific service concepts for warranty and after sales phase based on requirements, leveraging standard G+D services wherever possible Evaluate third-party supplier offers, maintenance activities, FTE requirements, and material consumption Calculate costs for all elements of the defined service scope Define service solution pricing using established methodologies, optimizing benefit and risk for G+D in alignment with Service Sales and Solution Units

Your profile:

Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Science or Business Several years of experience in (managed) service contracts, with deep knowledge within multi-vendor environment and/or turn-key projects Strong skills in profitability calculations and risk assessments, pricing expertise is beneficial, In-depth knowledge of service concepts and solution design a must experience in international matrix organizations and collaboration with global subsidiaries including a proven track record to manage multiple projects under time pressure Excellent coordination, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style Willingness to travel internationally Fluent in English and other language (spoken and written)
