Join our motivated team as

Senior Scientific Expert Neurotoxin (m/f/d)

and contribute to advancing our scientific expertise in the field of neurotoxins. In this role, you will serve as the scientific interface between the Global Nonclinical Lab, Pilot Plant, and production, leading method transfer and development activities, and safeguarding the marketability and regulatory requirements of our botulinum neurotoxin.



Your responsibilities will include the following:


Act as the cross functional scientific bridge between Nonclinical Lab, Pilot Plant, and production, ensuring seamless method transfer, fit for purpose analytics, and documentation across development stages


Support nonclinical neurotoxin development programs (e.g., formulation, analytics, feasibility) and manage method transfer into GMP environments together with Pilot Plant and production

Champion compliance and quality (GxP) and foster efficient collaboration with Regulatory Affairs for dossier updates, responses to agencies, and product maintenance

Collaborate with development partners (e.g., CMC/formulation/analytics support), and coordinate technical contributions that enable partner success and efficient tech transfer
Evaluate innovative product concepts in specialty neurology and propose new indications for botulinum toxin, including coordination of feasibility studies and contribution to IP generation

YOUR PROFILE




PhD (or equivalent) in Life Sciences (e.g., biochemistry, pharmacology) with strong expertise in protein biochemistry and analytics, ideally focused on neurotoxin analytics


Hands?on experience with method development/transfer, CMC/analytical support, and cross?functional coordination in a GMP environment

Experience in pharmaceutical drug development with solid understanding of end-to-end processes is a plus

Excellent English skills (written and spoken)

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and networking abilities
Team-oriented mindset combined with a high level of commitment
