What you'll do

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with the overall application architecture Define and maintain data models, workflows, and integrations between ServiceNow and other systems Lead ServiceNow configuration and custom development (e.g. Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer). Support setup of ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules relevant to the project. Ensure compliance with IT security, GDPR, and public sector requirements. Act as technical point of contact for ServiceNow within the overall program. Support release planning, documentation, and QA for ServiceNow topics.

Who you are

5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform. Strong understanding of platform architecture and configuration best practices. Experience in both technical implementation and solution design. Ideally certified (e.g. Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist). Familiar with integration scenarios (REST, SOAP, MID Server, OAuth). Comfortable working in agile and hybrid project environments.
