Senior R&D Lab Chemist Catalyst

to join our R&D Lab team at earliest date possible.
Key Responsibilities


Development of heterogeneous polymerization catalysts and their optimization in modern polymerization processes Management and organization of a team of 2 - 3 chemical laboratory technicians Management of research projects Analysis, documentation and evaluation of analytical data generated in the laboratory Knowledge and evaluation of the latest patent applications and scientific literature in the field Ensure compliance and enforcement of safety rules as well as company policies Interdisciplinary collaboration with polymer and process experts as well as external cooperation partners in an international environment Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


Completed studies as a Chemist or Chemical Engineer PhD and 2-3 years of professional experience preferred Experience in heterogeneous catalysis, support materials or kinetics advantageous Analytical and leadership skills Methodical, solution-oriented approach to work Initiative, independence and ability to work in a team Knowledge in the use of Excel for data analysis Experience with Advanced Data Evaluation tools desirable Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Job Benefits
