Tasks



Own and optimize all paid performance channels (including SEA, SEO, paid social, affiliate, display, and native advertising) Plan, allocate, and monitor budgets across channels to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs Conceptualize, execute, and test data-driven advertising campaigns, including A/B and multivariate tests Analyze user journeys and channel performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion rates Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages Prepare actionable reports and present insights to management for strategic decision-making Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and privacy regulations to ensure compliance and innovation

Requirements



3–5 years of professional experience in performance marketing (SEA, SEO, paid social); affiliate marketing experience is a plus Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and major ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, programmatic DSPs) Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; comfortable with campaign testing and optimization Experience in the fintech, lending or banking industry is highly valued Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to work independently in a remote team English at B1/B2 level or higher; German is a plus
