We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fulfill this diverse role. Working as part of the HR team, you will ensure the smooth operation of multiple payrolls through partnering with outsourced payroll vendors. You will ensure that all regulatory and legal requirements are met and the end user experience is of high standard. This is an excellent opportunity at a global organisation.

How you will contribute:

Execute and oversee on-time, accurate monthly payroll to all team members across multiple payrolls Working with external payroll vendors and HR to ensure timely and accurate payment to team members Liaise with payroll and benefit providers, pension providers & healthcare providers as necessary in relation to the inputs/outputs to payroll. Maintain payroll inbox responding to all queries in a timely manner Prepare all input for payrolls ?owing from numerous channels Review net salary calculations as part of pre-payroll validations Release and validate payments ?les to internal ?nance Responsible for accurate and timely reporting, monthly/quarterly/annual returns Support payroll audits as required Use own initiative to resolve issues and to assist the team where possible Support/manage payroll projects as required Maintain con?dentiality at all levels and protect payroll operations by keeping information con?dential, adhering to GDPR regulations Maintain, update and help create relevant Payroll policies, procedures and manuals Actively respond to queries from payroll vendors, HR Business Partners, employees, and external agencies as required. Support the HRBP with responses to Works Council queries Ad-hoc duties as assigned Employ a general understanding of payroll tax laws, wage regulations, labor laws, and withholding order administration to provide assistance to team members with payroll and time keeping related questions. Investigates and corrects payroll discrepancies and errors. Utilizes Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and timekeeping systems to update team member information, process payroll, gather data, and generate reports. Enrol starters/administer leavers to bene?t programmes as required Manage and lead the relationship with the payroll vendors and ensure adherence to agreed SLA’s

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 4 Years Relevant Exp in a high volume, fast paced payroll environment Experience working with payroll vendors and systems and HRIS knowledge Fluent oral and written English language skills are essential

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors Degree Relevant Payroll Certification 2-4 years in payroll for a Global organisation Experience with payroll projects, such as implementations Experience in dealing with payroll audits
