A Snapshot of Your Day

Join Siemens Energy’s Grid Cybersecurity team in a hybrid leadership and expert consulting role that bridges go-to-market strategy, technical solution design, and customer engagement. You will lead a diverse international team, shape market approaches, and deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions for critical energy infrastructure. This role combines strategic oversight with deep technical execution, ensuring both business growth and technical excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Design and implement OT/ICS cybersecurity solutions, including architecture, integration, and deployment across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Conduct cybersecurity assessments (e.g., GAP analyses, compliance checks) and recommend improvements aligned with industry standards like IEC 62443 and ISO 27001. Manage the full bid lifecycle, from strategy and proposal development to pricing, risk assessment, and handover to execution teams. Work closely with internal teams, customers, and technology partners to align solutions with business needs and technical requirements. Lead and develop a diverse international team, ensuring operational perfection, customer happiness, and continuous innovation.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Long term experience in sales strategy, offer management, or business development in the energy sector. Long term hands-on experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, including substation and grid modernization. Deep knowledge of OT/ICS protocols (IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus) and cybersecurity tools (SIEM, SOAR, firewalls, etc.). Strong leadership, communication, and partner management skills as well as proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in English and German. Knowledge of other languages will be a plus.
